1. Official Section 4 'Operation' steps: place the product on a flat surface, turn on the display and select a speed mode, fold up the kickstand, hold the handlebar with both hands, step on the platform and push off gently with the other foot; once forward speed exceeds 3 km/h the throttle activates the motor (the vehicle is deliberately prevented from starting the motor from a standstill for safety). To stop, release the throttle and apply the brake levers, being aware of the tipping effect; come to a full stop before stepping off.
