1. Official charging protocol: charge fully before first use (factory ships with minimal charge); do not charge if the port, charger, or outlet are wet; use only the original ENGWE charger; do not charge or use a damaged/flooded battery; secure the rubber charging-port cap after charging; indicator red=charging, green=complete; charging time should not exceed 12 hours; keep away from combustible materials; do not charge/park in residential buildings or building lobbies/stairwells/emergency exits. Battery handling: do not open/puncture the casing, keep metal objects away from terminals, never place near fire, stop charging/using immediately if damaged or submerged, do not attempt battery removal (complex, fire risk), dispose of old batteries only at designated recycling points.
