1. Official care instructions (manual p.75 EN): wipe body stains with a damp cloth (toothpaste + toothbrush for stubborn marks, wiped off after); polish plastic scratches with sandpaper/abrasive material; never clean with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other corrosive/volatile solvents; never use a high-pressure water spray; ensure the scooter is off, charge cable unplugged and the charge-port rubber flap closed before cleaning to avoid water ingress/electric shock; keep indoors, dry and cool when not in use, avoid prolonged outdoor storage (accelerates tyre aging and shortens scooter/battery lifespan).
