Official first-use procedure (manual p.9/p.21): scooter ships deactivated and beeps on power-on; while inactive it only allows very low speed and limited functions; user must install the mobile app (Bluetooth 4.0+, QR codes provided for Android/iOS), power on the scooter (Bluetooth icon flashes), tap 'vehiculo - Buscar vehiculo' to pair (scooter beeps, icon stops flashing and stays lit), then follow in-app steps to activate full functionality.
