Official troubleshooting table (manual p.11 ES / p.23 EN / p.35 PT), 4 problem categories: (1) Display works but motor doesn't run - possible causes: damaged brake lever (remove lever bushing to test, replace if faulty), damaged speed governor (check for short circuit, more likely in humid weather), damaged motor (check motor/turn-signal switch; if controller housing overheats, likely internal short in controller power circuit, disconnect and replace); (2) Charging failure - loose charging port (replace port) or damaged charger plug connection (replace connector); (3) Scooter won't power on - battery not working (charge 1-2h per manual) or power button stuck/not working (replace if still faulty).
