Official charging steps (red LED = charging, green = complete) plus a 13-point charger-safety list (use only genuine charger; never charge in humid/flammable/unventilated spaces such as a car; keep children/pets away; charger is not waterproof; discontinue immediately on lamp failure, fall, external shock, or damaged cable/cover; do not insert conductors into the port; wait ~10 seconds after unplugging before touching the plug; do not operate the product while charging). Separate lithium-battery safety section: charge 0-45°C, discharge -10 to 60°C, store 70-80% charge at 10-20°C if unused >3 months, automatic overcurrent cutoff above 100A, automatic low-voltage cutoff below 48V, battery disassembly/modification/repair prohibited and voids warranty, stop use and move outdoors immediately if overheating/smoke/ignition is detected (do not spray water or immerse).
