Official deployment steps: release the folding lever, raise the steering stem until the locating pin reaches the indicated position, unfold the handlebar (folding lock engages automatically on both sides - verify full insertion), unlock the height-adjustment lever and pull the handlebar up to the rider's height, then lock the height lever before riding. Folding is the reverse: release the handlebar locks and fold down, lock the lever; then foot-press the folding button, push the handlebar/stem forward to release the locating pin, and drop the stem until it reaches the locked folded position.
