NUXCO EMANBA — Warranty terms and 25 km/h speed-limitation compliance policy

NUXCO's site-wide warranty page states a 2-year national warranty covering labor, parts and repair for manufacturing defects (shipping excluded), and explicitly voids the warranty if the product is 'operated without the 25 km/h speed limitation' - i.e. running the scooter unlocked above its DGT VMP-homologated 25 km/h cap voids coverage. Battery wear/sulfation and physical damage are excluded from warranty; users are directed to follow manual instructions for battery mounting/dismounting (no such manual was itself found online).
