1. Official steps (manual Section 8): to assemble, fold out the handlebar and close the lock, insert the handlebar into the standpipe, then use the hex wrench supplied to lock the screws on both sides. To disassemble/fold: loosen the T-bar securing screws, pull out the scooter head and unplug the communication cable; turn the security buckle's rotary knob counterclockwise, open the security buckle, then fold the handlebar.
