Official steps identical in structure to the XL MAX Lite manual: fold out handlebar and close lock, insert into standpipe, lock screws both sides with the supplied hex wrench; to fold, loosen T-bar screws, pull out scooter head, unplug communication cable, then release the security buckle and fold the handlebar.
